Who we are

Readyo is an app published by Marouane Gazouzi, an individual developer ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Readyo you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Readyo is

Readyo is a job-interview practice tool. An AI interviewer asks you questions out loud, you answer by voice, and the app gives you a score, feedback and an improved version of each answer.

• Practice only. You must not use Readyo to get help during a real interview or any real assessment, or to deceive an employer.
• AI, not a person. The interviewer is generated by AI. The app says so before every interview and at the start of it.
• Estimates, not predictions. Scores and feedback are AI estimates to help you practise. They can be wrong. They are not a prediction of any hiring decision and are not career, legal, medical or psychological advice. We don't guarantee any interview result or job offer.
• Improved answers are built from what you said. Check them and replace anything in [brackets] with your own true facts before using them.

Who can use Readyo

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use the app without a parent's consent.

Purchases

Every practice interview is paid for. Interviews are sold as in-app purchases through Apple. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy; the US prices are:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Pro renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the next month within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the same price unless we told you about a change in advance.
• Manage or cancel Pro in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• An interview is counted when you start it and its questions are prepared.
• Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If you reinstall the app or change device, tap Restore purchases on the paywall or in Profile to get back the Pass or Pro you bought with the same Apple Account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Readyo to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload other people's personal data without permission, or to generate harmful, sexual or hateful content. Don't try to reverse engineer, overload or get around the limits of the service. We may block content, end a session or suspend access if these rules are broken.

Your content

Your answers and the job ads you enter stay yours. You allow us, and the partners listed in the Privacy Policy, to process them only to run the service for you. You can delete them at any time in the app: Profile → Delete my data.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Readyo available, but it relies on online services and may sometimes be down. We may change or improve features. If we make a change to these terms that matters to you, we will update the date above and tell you in the app.

Liability

Readyo is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for decisions made by employers or for how you use the feedback. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

Apple's license agreement

Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Apple is not responsible for Readyo or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.
